1LoveItalia offers a free initial consultation to discuss your geographic areas of interest and property needs. Do not worry if you do not yet have clear ideas: that’s why they call it shopping.
If you decide to purchase a property assessment package in one or more regions, that includes an analysis of the available properties comparing the value to list price and potential for development, noting any incentives available in the region or attributes/restrictions on property use, scheduling with listing agents and on site visits.
Prior to starting work, we will send a services agreement for your review and signature.

1LoveIalia also provides an assessment of value and the potential for property development as compared to price. We act as your advisors on the value and estimate how much the property will cost to restore based on the current state of the economy and the availability of contractors in the area.
We are not real estate agents and do not partner, nor fee share with real estate agents.
We will advise against purchasing if we do not believe the property is the best available option for you.
Our objective is to have happy clients who live happily ever after in their new homes or vacation properties.
Restoring property can be challenging in Italy and different regions have different regulations in place. In some areas of the country there may be incentives available, in others, incentives are promised, but never materialize. Similarly, some contractors are more qualified/reliable than others.
We cannot promise that a restoration always goes smoothly as each is different, but we can promise that 1LoveItalia will manage the process for you making it easier for you, so that you can focus on the fun things like exploring your new community, cuisines and sites.
Please note that our services are tailored to individual needs, the region and the property at issue and thus pricing will depend on the the nature of services you require.
