Antonio Solli (TonySo’) was born in Napoli and has 20+ years of experience in Italy building and restoring hotels from Venice to Positano; converting convents into hotels and restoring residential villas and apartment buildings.

He has also lived in the historic South as well as the heartland of the USA restoring hundred+ year old properties in North Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin, always improving upon existing structures, adding artisanal touches with Italian flair; like vaulted ceilings, or built in mirrors bordered with ceramic tile in bathrooms or floors with a tappeto design (a contrasting tile pattern usually rectangular in shape and created inside of a larger floor or wall design; called tappeto because it could resemble a rug).

In addition to residing in the USA, Tony has also lived in Rome and in Orvieto because his wife cannot resist exploring new places and restoring old homes along the way. Tony is a geometra’ and has studied structural engineering in Napoli. He has also worked as a work flow manager for the Italian shipbuilding corporation, Fincantieri and thus his love of sailing.
